DME Express IT builds the backend. TPA Light is the application layer. DME Express's IT team owns the database, Odoo integration, and API. Ark Fortune builds the contractor portal, security layer, and Twilio integration that sits on top of it — consuming the API they provide.

Full login system for contractors and admin. HIPAA-conscious token handling, role-based access control, session management, and audit logging. Every request is authenticated.
Layer 2
API Integration
Connects to DME Express's API. Pulls active orders for each contractor. Sends delivery confirmations and item-level flags back. Handles offline caching and retry logic.
Layer 3
Contractor PWA
Mobile-first Progressive Web App. Installs to home screen. Works on iOS and Android without an App Store. Built for drivers on the road — fast, clear, offline-capable.
Layer 4
Contractor Web Portal
Desktop interface for order history, delivery statistics, and item-level delivery logs with timestamps. Secondary surface — used at desk, not on the road.
Layer 5
Twilio SMS
Instant SMS to contractor's mobile number the moment an order is assigned. Uses existing Ark Fortune Twilio account. No setup required by DME Express.
Layer 6
Hosting & Deployment
Deployed on Cloudflare Pages — same infrastructure as the DME Express dashboard. Zero downtime deploys, global CDN, SSL included.
